DoorDash connects more than 56 million consumers with more than 200,000 retail and grocery stores* through a global network of more than nine million Dashers**. This scale gives DoorDash a unique view of commerce as it happens: what shoppers are looking for and buying, what Dashers encounter in store, and where intended purchases cannot be completed.

For consumer brands, this perspective is increasingly important. Growth is shaped by more than campaign performance. An ad can reach the right shopper, but an unavailable product or incomplete listing can still prevent a purchase. Yet the teams responsible for marketing, eCommerce, category management, supply chain, and sales often work from separate tools and incomplete views of performance.

Brand Center brings those decisions closer together, connecting the teams and insights that drive brand growth and helping them act smarter.

Brand challenges: growth signals are disconnected

Brands have more data than ever, but the signals that matter most are rarely connected. Marketing teams can see ad campaign performance. Ecommerce teams can monitor product listings. Supply chain and sales teams may track availability through separate retailer relationships and reporting.

That gap makes it harder to understand why campaign performance changes, where demand is being lost, or which actions will have the greatest impact. Strong advertising cannot resolve an out of stock item. Complete product content does not automatically create discovery. And without a connected view, teams may optimize one part of the business without seeing the factors limiting another.

Brands need a more integrated way to understand demand, availability, content, and activation. They need to identify the highest value opportunities and give the right teams a way to respond.

A connected platform for commerce growth

Brand Center is the next evolution of Ads Manager, expanding the advertising capabilities brands already use with retailer intelligence, shopper behavior, reporting, and catalog tools. It connects the teams and insights that drive brand growth, helping them act smarter.

At its core are the advertising capabilities brands already rely on to plan, launch, and optimize campaigns. Brand Center expands that foundation with retailer and shopper insights, catalog management, and centralized reporting, helping teams work from a shared understanding of where growth is happening and where it may be constrained.

What’s New

Homepage

Brand Center’s new homepage gives teams an instant snapshot of sales, top performing products and retailers, and advertising performance, so they can quickly see what is shaping their business. By bringing these views together in one clear place, teams can quickly identify what needs attention and move directly into the insights and tools that can help them act.

Inventory Insights

Inventory insights provide visibility into on shelf availability and out of stock trends across retailers and stores. These insights are powered by consumer order data with more than one million*** in store signals captured on average daily by Dashers and processed using computer vision. Brands can identify affected locations and estimated revenue missed to better understand where availability gaps can unlock new sales opportunities.

This helps teams move beyond broad availability assumptions to a more specific view of which products, retailers, and stores may need attention.

Consumer Purchasing Insights

When a shopper’s preferred item is unavailable, they may choose a different product, switch brands, or leave without completing their purchase. On DoorDash, nearly 12% choose a competing brand, while more than 40% request a refund rather than select a substitute.****

Consumer purchasing insights show what shoppers choose when an item is unavailable, including the brands and products that capture demand and the revenue associated with those choices. This gives brands a clearer understanding of whether shoppers stay within their portfolio, move to a competitor, or abandon the purchase altogether.

For category and ecommerce teams, these insights can reveal the products and competitors that matter most when products aren't available. They can also help teams assess where a more complete assortment, stronger availability, or better product content may help retain demand.

Assortment

Assortment helps brands track product listing, availability, and content quality across retailers on DoorDash. Brands can measure how well their products are listed, available, and complete, including the percentage of SKUs appearing in each retailer’s catalog, the average number of SKUs per store, and whether key product details such as images, brand names, and descriptions are present.

This gives brands a clearer view of where products may be missing from the catalog, unavailable to shoppers, or lacking the content needed to support discovery and purchase.

Catalog Editor

Product content plays an important role in helping shoppers find and understand what they are buying. With Catalog Editor, eligible brands can update product descriptions, images, size, and category directly in Brand Center. Eligible updates will go live across DoorDash retailers within 24 hours.

This gives brands more control over how products appear to consumers, without depending on a separate manual process or third party update cycle. It also helps ensure that campaign destinations, product detail pages, and reporting more accurately reflect the brand’s product portfolio.

Why this matters now

Retail media is evolving beyond media activation alone. As brands face greater pressure to prove efficiency, capture demand, and compete across increasingly crowded digital and physical shelves, they need commerce partners that can help them understand the conditions behind performance.

Consumers expect products to be available when and where they want them. Brands that can connect demand signals with availability and activation are better positioned to meet those expectations.

How to activate
