Dashboard View

Business Performance: Your “Dashboard” page in Ads Manager is designed to give you an overview of your business performance with deeper insight that shows you where your performance is coming from and how it compares to competitors and daypart insights. You can also export data across these insights for further analysis and reporting.
Sales & Retailer Insights: Under the Sales Insights tab, you can easily view your brand’s Total Sales or Total Units over time (inclusive of paid and organic sales) to understand your business’ trends. Use the drop-down filters on this page to adjust the date and brands to get the data cut you are looking for. Eligible advertisers can now break out performance by retailers on DoorDash. This allows you to identify which retailer partners are driving growth and where there may be opportunities for retailer specific acceleration and investment.
Share: Track your category share using Nielsen or Circana signals. In addition to dollar based Category Share, the Dashboard now includes “Impression Share” which shows your share of total impressions (ad impressions + organic impressions) within a category and “Unit share”, your share of units sold within a category.
Competitive Category Performance: View your brand’s category share over time alongside up to top five blinded competitor brands to benchmark performance and identify share gains or losses within a category.
Performance by Dayparts: You can also learn more about the peak performance by daypart for your brand and category to understand how the DoorDash consumer shops during the week, in order to plan campaign strategy. See sales and units sold by hour for your brand(s) and across the entire category for each month. Performance by Dayparts is not available to International advertisers

Interest Insights:

The Interest insights report helps advertisers decide which dishes to choose when using Interest Targeting by showing how their brand performs across different dish segments. Advertisers can use this report to focus on the dish audiences most likely to convert and optimize their campaigns for stronger results.
The report includes columns for date range, brand, dish category, dish segments, and interest rank. Together, these fields show how your brand performs across different dish interests within the selected time period, making it easy to compare segments and identify which interests drive stronger performance.
Interest insights are not available to International advertisers.
What Is Interest Rank?
Interest rank shows how dish segments compare to one another based on how strongly shoppers interested in each dish convert for your brand.
To calculate this, we use a brand affinity score for each dish segment, which measures how much more likely shoppers in that segment are to convert with your brand compared to shoppers outside the segment. Based on these scores, dish segments are ranked from highest to lowest conversion performance, with 1 representing the highest-converting dish segment for your brand. Note: Dish segments with insufficient data may not appear in your report.
Use interest rank to quickly identify dish audiences that are most uniquely strong for your brand and should be prioritized for Interest Targeting, and to test lower-ranked dish segments for additional growth opportunities.
A few helpful notes about Business reports:
Use the custom date range to view any date range starting from January 2023.

Historical data is locked beyond the past 15 days to ensure historical reporting remains consistent and unchanged.
Quarterly restatements will be available at the beginning of each quarter to ensure recent catalog/data updates are reflected in the previous quarter’s full data
Business reports include data for all items in DoorDash’s catalog that are linked to your brand(s) and sold at a retailer in our DoorDash marketplace.
All brands that have an impression count greater than 0 will be included in Category Share reports. Some products may not be mapped to a category due to data mapping limitations.
Category Share represents Dollar ($) share.
If you do not yet have access to Business Reporting, please audit your catalog in the Catalog Manager tool to confirm the correct items and brands are included. Please notify your DoorDash representative once you have confirmed your catalog is correct so they can give you access to Business Reporting.
