HOW DO OPT-IN CAMPAIGNS WORK?
Your business creates these campaigns to help your franchisees and stores run local marketing on DoorDash, as part of the national strategy. Franchisees will be responsible for funding these campaigns. All your stores need to do is click to join. Review the steps below to launch your first opt-in campaign.
Create a campaign
When creating a new Sponsored Listing or Promotions campaign, select 'Franchise opt-in' under Store participation. Here you can pre-select stores to participate automatically, and all remaining stores will be invited to opt into the campaign.

Get a single link
We generate a single link for you that dynamically directs each franchisee to their individual portal where they can simply click to join.

Notify franchisees
You may share this link with franchisees through your own communication channels. DoorDash will also notify franchisees through in-product banners, emails and push notifications to encourage participation.

Franchisees opt in
Campaigns will only run for stores who opt in or are pre-selected. Franchisees can opt in at any point before the campaign ends.
